GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
White water-based acrylic putty for interior and exterior use. It has excellent resistance to adverse weather conditions, damp, alkalinity and is suitable for tilling and coating of plaster, concrete tools, poronbeton, plasterboards, cementboards. It has excellent working properties, dries fast without cracking and is easy to sand giving a smooth surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean and dry, free of oil and dust. Porous surfaces like poronbeton must be dampened with water or primed with Vitex's 100% Acrylic Water-Based Primer.

Packaging :  1kg

Drying :  It takes about 4-5 hours, depending on thickness and atmospheric conditions (humidity and temperature).

Spreading Rate : 1 kg acrylic putty VISTO/m2 for 1 mm depending on thickness and surface.

Thinning : In a clean bucket with 7-7.5 kg clean water we add 1 sack 20 kg acrylic putty VISTO. We mix well until it becomes an homogenous paste. Ready mix has pot life around 4-5 hours.

Application : It is applied by spatula, trowel or airless spray gun. Tilling must be done in two coats. The second coat should be applied 4-5 hours after the first one at a total thickness of 1-5 mm. Allow 7-8 hours before sanding and the final surface is ready to be primed with Vitex's 100% Acrylic Water-Based Primer. Paint 3 days later.
