GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Silacryl is a premium quality one component, plastic, elastic sealant based on an acrylic emulsion for professional use. The product is practically odourless and resistant to normal humidity. Not resistant to continuous water immersion. Does not corrode metals. Frost resistant until -15°C.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust and grease and slightly absorbing.. Adhesion tests prior to the application are recommended.For highly porous surfaces use Silacryl diluted as a primer. A damp (not wet) surface is also acceptable. Apply the product uniformly in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C and allow it to dry under dry weather conditions at least for the first 5 hours. Smooth with water.

COLOURS
Available in white.

APPLICATION

Silacryl exhibits great adhesion without a primer on construction materials like concrete, brickwork, painted wood, anodized aluminium and uPVC. Ideal for filling joints, seams, chinks and cracks with a maximum movement capacity of 12,5%, for interior or exterior use without the continuous attack of water.

LIMITATIONS

Among others not recommended for continuous water imersion and not for PE, PP, Teflon and bituminous surfaces.
