Description

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Semi-transparent water-based primer made of 100% acrylic resins. It is used as an undercoat for VITEX's water-based paints (emulsion, acrylic, cement, relief, etc.). It is very easy to apply and has high spreading rate. It improves the appearance, hiding power and weather resistance of the final coat. It is a suitable primer for alkaline surfaces as well because it impregnates and stabilizes them. Virtually odourless during its application because it does not contain ammonia. It is A.P.E.O. free.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, rendering, plaster-board etc., are sanded with a suitable abrasive paper and then painted with VITEX's 100% Acrylic waterbased Primer diluted up to 400% with water.

COLOURS
It is available in semi-transparent.

FEATURES

Packaging : 10L

Drying :  It is touch dry after 15-30 minutes .

Recoatability Time :  It can be recoated after 6-8 hours, depending on atmospheric conditions.

Spreading Rate : 18 - 20 m2 / L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.

Thinning : Add three (3) or four (4) parts of water to one (1) part of acrylic primer.

Application : Apply by roller, brush or spray gun.
