Description

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Ecological emulsion paint for general interior use. It exhibits great hiding power and high spreading rate. It has very good levelling properties and produces a smooth, flat surface. It is odourless because it does not contain dangerous substances, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, ammonia, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates. It is certified by the Greek Council for Eco-Label Awards (ASAOS) and fulfils the criteria of the European Union Eco-labelling Board (EUEB). 

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free from dust, grease and loose or flaking paint. Use VITEX’s ACRYLIC PUTTY to fill any cracks or holes. New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, rendering, plasterboard, etc. first be coated with ACRYLAN UNCO ECO (micronize ecological acrylic silicone water-based primer) or VITEX’s 100 % ACRYLIC PRIMER (water-based) or BLANCO ECO (white water-based ecological primer). 

COLOURS 
It is available in white. VITO ECO Base (White and Medium) can be used for the preparation of an unlimited number of shades through VITEX’s COLORFULL Tinting System. For darker coatings (MEDIUM Base) first apply one coat of BLANCO ECO (white ecological acrylic water-based primer), as it is or slightly tinted to the shade of final coat.

Packaging : 9L

Drying :  It is touch dry after 15-30 minutes, depending on atmospheric  conditions.

Recoatability Time :  It can be recoated after 3-4 hours, depending on atmospheric conditions.

Spreading Rate : 9 - 11 m2 / L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.

Thinning : Dilute 10% with water.

Application : Apply by roller, brush or spray gun.
